  Early Life And Family Don J. White Jr. (stage name Don Kartel) was born to Jenise Hoagland and Don White Sr. in Mansfield, Ohio on Nov. 1, 1991. He grew up navigating a blended family that includes two biological younger brothers and half-siblings “Charles” and “Valerie” Catchings, shaping a deep sense of responsibility, loyalty, and legacy. Family and community became the foundation for his creative voice and leadership. Musical Origins And Influences Don fell in love with music early, drawing inspiration from artists who shaped modern rhythm and performance: Michael Jackson, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Drake & Future.   Pembridge is a metalcore, post-hardcore band hailing from Toledo, Ohio.  Formed in 2016, the band has seen a few member changes over the years and now is fronted by: Thomas Stone on vocals, Dominic Pernas on drums, Ryan Smith on bass, Chris Bellavia on guitar/vocals and Michael Meyer on guitar/vocals.  Pembridge will be releasing a new single “No More” in a few months and they recently released a guitar playthrough for their second release “Twin Flames,” now available on YouTube . They are going dark the rest of the year to focus on writing and producing all the singles set to release in 2026.  As a band, they have a wide range of influences.   Confined By Silence was just a fun hobby between Randy (guitar) and Chris (drums) for a long time; something to do on Sunday afternoons in Columbus, Ohio.  We had no band name and no name for any songs. That went on for a few years, then things were starting to sound good and put together, so we decided to look for a bass player and turn this into something.  We were very lucky, because the first person we brought to the jam space to play bass was Jeff. We all clicked and songs started to flow, we gave ourselves a name and started to look for shows.  We've only been playing out for about 2 1/2 years. And hope to record our 12 original songs later this year. We listen to a wide variety of music—reggae, country and heavy metal. Bands like: Diamond Rio, Pantera, Rush, Iron Maiden, Tropidelic.
