Review & Photos: Falling In Reverse, Hollywood Undead

By Josh Estep, OOTB Publications

On Friday, Aug. 29 in Cincinnati, Ohio, Falling In Reverse nearly packed the entire amphitheater at Riverbend Music Center.

By the time they hit the stage—following Sleep Theory and Hollywood Undead (Slaughter To Prevail was unable to perform due to unexpected travel delays)—the evening air was cool, but the explosive pyro from their setup definitely turned up the heat.

The show was intense, in the best way possible.

They kicked things off with a video on the big screen featuring a Muppet-style lookalike of Ronnie Radke. Surprisingly, it was pretty well done!

Moments later, Radke walked onto the stage, and the band launched straight into their “Prequel” track. Impressively, they were nearly in sync with the music video playing in the background.

The Las Vegas’ five-member band delivered one heck of a performance, especially when they dropped the infamous “Bad Guy” clapback track—which, personally, I love.

Finally, they closed out their fiery set with “Watch The World Burn.”

If you get the chance, be sure to catch Falling In Reverse on their headlining God Is A Weapon Tour; I highly recommend it!
