Hulvey brought his raps and rhymes with a message of faith to Newport Music Hall in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday, Feb. 23.

Wearing all white from head to toe, the 26-year-old Georgian rapper, singer, songwriter and producer performed for more than 90 minutes. Despite having a cold with moments of audible congestion, Hulvey powered through with a solid, successful performance.

The set included songs from his four EPs as well as tracks from his two LPs that have topped Billboard’s Top Christian Album’s Chart: 2021’s Christopher (No. 2) and 2024’s CRY (No. 4).

The set list included: “Miracles,” “Anxiety,” “Heaven’s Door,” “Love Like That,” “Altar,” “Beautiful,” “Walk,” and others. During a performance of catchy single “True,” his wife Rachel, with a wide smile, and their second child joined in front of the stage.

Towards the end of the set, Hulvey and his guitarist sat stage front to bring a 15-minute spoken word and song worship session. Welcoming and embracing the “Holy Spirit’s presence,” the crowd sang in unison with eyes closed and arms held upward waving.

Earlier in the night West Coast Christian hip-hop artist nobigdyl.—pronounced “No Big Deal”—rocked the stage having powerful beats and contagious moves with a few brief interjections praising God.

The rapper told the packed crowd that the tour is “all for the glory of God.” nobigdyl.’s performance of his smash hit song “Shakira” really fired the crowd up as everyone jumped and repeated the verse “Better hope nothin' occur.”

Last October and November the 33-year-old rap artist headlined an extensive tour supporting his latest and fourth album the people we became, which included a stop in Columbus at Ace Of Cups.

The current All For You Tour concludes April 12 in Phoenix, Arizona.
