The Thrash Of The Titans Tour stormed into Cleveland, Ohio on Wednesday, March 3, delivering a night that proved thrash metal is not only alive, but still razor sharp.

Held at The Agora, the show brought together three pillars of the genre—Destruction, Overkill, and headliners Testament—for an evening packed with relentless riffs, pounding drums, pure adrenaline and creating a pit of moshing.

Opening the night, Destruction wasted no time setting the tone.

Their set was fast, aggressive, and tightly executed, immediately pulling the crowd into a frenzy. The band’s precision and energy reminded everyone why they remain one of the genre’s most respected names.

The pit erupted early, and it stayed that way.

Overkill followed with a performance that balanced raw intensity with seasoned showmanship.

Their signature blend of speed and groove hit hard, and they commanded the stage with confidence. Every song felt like a call to arms, with the audience shouting along and feeding off the band’s energy.

By the time their set ended, the crowd was fully locked in and ready for the main event.

Then came Testament—and they delivered in every sense. From the moment they stepped on stage, the atmosphere shifted into something electric.

This was the first time I seen them live. Man, it was worth the wait. Not disappointed at all. The band sounded massive, with crushing guitar tones and thunderous rhythm work filling the venue.

Frontman Chuck Billy was the undeniable highlight of the night. His voice remains as powerful as ever, cutting through the mix with authority, and his stage presence showed no signs of slowing down. More than that, you could clearly see he was enjoying every moment—smiling, engaging with the crowd, and

feeding off their energy.

Testament’s setlist blended classics with fan favorites, each song performed with precision and passion. The crowd responded in kind, creating a powerful connection between band and audience that carried through the entire set.

It wasn’t just a performance—it was a celebration of thrash metal’s enduring legacy.

All three bands brought their A-game, making the Thrash Of The Titans Tour stop in Cleveland an unforgettable night.

It was a reminder that decades into their careers, these artists still have the fire, the talent, and the drive to deliver shows that leave fans exhilarated and wanting more.
