8 Lives Left is a powerhouse hard rock band out of southeastern Ohio. The trio brings a crisp sound of southern rock with a smooth blend of 90’s rock that everyone enjoys.  


The band covers a wide variety of rock including such artists as: Tom Petty, Steve Miller Band, Billy Idol to Tonic, Seether and Cage The Elephant. They also perform their own original songs such as “Cruisin’” and “In The Sticks,” which both are becoming crowd favorites.


The group’s first show was opening up for national rock band Tantric. Then, after word spread, they got invited to be part of the Southern Rock Woodstock Tour 2024 (Gallipolis, Ohio) and APPALACHIAN UPRISING (Point Pleasant, West Virginia) and have since been pulled onto multiple festivals.


These guys have extensive backgrounds and have opened up for many national acts, including: Tantric, Puddle of Mudd, Crobot, John Corabi, Rehab, Bobaflex as well as many others throughout their individual careers. 


8 Lives Left is a must see for all rock music lovers of all ages.


PJ Rupert (percussionist)


Having over 25 years of experience, he has played in numerous bands and has opened up for national acts such as Tantric, Puddle of Mudd, Jackyl, Crobot and many others throughout his career. 


He is an also a Air Force Veteran who did tours with the Air Force band as a percussionist. Today, PJ continues to share his passion with the world.

Johnny Rose (bassist) 


Having over 25 years of experience, he comes with his tall posture and enormous stage presence and deep  soothing bass sound that you will never forget. 


He has been in numerous bands and has graced the stage as Gene Simmons in the Kiss tribute band SSIK. He has also opened up for national acts such as: Tantric, The Alma’s, Jefferson Starship, The Lonely Ones and many others.

Ricky Lee (singer, songwriter, guitarist)


Nashville rock recording artist Ricky Lee performs with crisp acoustic progressions that lay the backbone to Lee's somber disposition. 


His vocal style is a fitting tribute to days when the likes of Godsmack, Seven Mary Three, Creed and Days of the New ruled modern rock radio. Listeners will find that he has found a way to perpetuate that style and he does it well. 


Ricky Lee has opened up for many national touring acts, including: Tantric, REHAB, John Corabi, Bobaflex, Smile Empty Soul, Crobot and many others. He's also performed at the iconic Hard Rock Cafe and the legendary House Of Blues on multiple occasions. 


Lee has also been a guest on multiple podcast radio stations and podcast shows. In 2023, Ricky Lee became a Blue Room Studio recording artist in Nashville, Tennessee. He was also endorsed by the Threshold Media news company in 2023. 


Currently he is continuing his passion to perform and always ready to pump up the crowd with his unique style and stage presence.
