OOTB Staff Bio: Neil Shumate, Editor-in-Chief

 

Neil D. Shumate is the 2001 co-founder of Out Of The Blue Publications and current Editor-in-Chief, Owner, Publisher, Public Relations Manager. Shumate is the Webmaster of www.ootb-zine.com and Contributing Photographer and Writer. 


He graduated in 1999 from Marion Harding High School in Marion, Ohio and graduated in 2010 from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with cum laude honors, having a Bachelor Of Arts in Journalism with Minors in Criminology and Geography and an Associate Of Arts Degree.


Along with OOTB, Shumate worked in the food service industry for 19 years and is currently an insurance claims customer service representative.
