  Written By Christian Cole, OOTB Publications   After a massive 26 year break, 1990s noise-rock punk band the Jesus Lizard makes their return with their new LP Rack (Ipecac Recordings) set for release Friday, Sept. 13 and it is front to back exactly what you’d expect from The Jesus Lizard.  For spending over a quarter century apart, Rack shows no lack of chemistry or direction, channeling their signature sound now with a tinge of age, but in a charming way.  It’s just as noisy, neurotic and explosive as they ever were, something I think longtime fans will be happy to find. Some bands age like milk and some like wine, and The Jesus Lizard is somewhere in the center of that.
